This photo was taken in August 2012 as part of the “Healthy Environment = Healthy Kids” project in Macedonia. This SPA project promoted volunteerism, a new concept for the community. In this photo is a volunteer from the municipality, one of 20 volunteers who showed up to help renovate the local pre-school to improve the health of the learning environment for the village’s preschoolers.
