"Investing in Our Young Professionals of Tomorrow" Day 5 Job Shadowing This project was SPA funded to help provide our village students with the opportunity to gain work ethic skills, computer literacy, and professional experience. Overall to help our students gain a better perspective on what they want for their futures and how to be realistic on how to reach those goals. After a long week of training, students were assigned to job shadowing in the local town, according to their career desires. Four students, 3 of which would like to become doctors and 1 who would like to become a psychologist, went to the Sachkhere's Medical Center for their job shadowing. The hospital's Head Nurse and Administrative Director arranged for the students to receive hands-on experience in the Emergency Room, In-Patient Wing, and the Maternity Wing.
