This was during at activity that aimed to introduce condoms in a non-sexual, fun setting. Inside of each condom was a myth or fact about HIV and AIDS. When she eventually popped the condom, she read the myth or fact aloud, and the group decided together whether they thought it was true or false. Condoms are very stigmatized in the Philippines, and this let each participant shed their misconceptions about HIV and AIDS, all the while removing some of the mystery and stigma from a powerful prevention tool.
