This picture shows a Peace Corps Response Volunteer placing the final candle of the ribbon, celebrating the 29th International AIDS Candlelight Memorial in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines. This PCRV came to help train a group of PCVs and their HCN counterparts, and this ceremony was the final piece of a three day training.
