This photo of a PCV was taken upon the completion of the outdoor parallel bars station. The parallel bars are located on the grounds of a local health center in Rwanda. The purpose of the parallel bars is for local youth to get excited about improving their physical and mental health. Locals of all ages would come to build their muscles but also their minds. It was a great opportunity to have community meetings about HIV prevention, proper use of condoms, and mosquito net reminders.
