Last week I held an oral hygiene camp at my rural primary school here in Samoa. We made organic toothpaste with the students and discussed the importance of dental care and brushing our teeth. Each student was able to use floss for the first time, take home their own toothbrush, and make their own jar of all natural toothpaste. The toothpaste was made from organic coconut oil, organic peppermint oil, ginger powder, baking soda, and a few other natural ingredients for a better smile!
