PCV Elaine Opriska of New Brunswick, New Jersey, cheers on a track meet at Kachonag School in Uganda, where she teaches English, history, music and drama. Elaine was graduted in 1964 from Douglas College, New Jersey, where she was an English major. Elaine says: "The thing I need most here is a piano," and she hopes that newspaper readers in her hometown will contribute enough money to buy her a pino for the school. Kachonga School has three African teachers, one British couple, the headmaster and Elaine.
