I took this photo during my Pre-Service training in May of 2013. The photo was taken at my Practicum school SMP N 4 Batu Malang Indonesia. The photo was taken of a fellow PCV, Marjie Lodwick, and some of our Practicum students at our first English Camp. Our camp aimed to help improve English as well as introduce new countries and cultures to the students. In this picture the students are gathered around Marjie and they are holding a globe. The students are listen to Marjie say the name of a country and as a group they search the globe until they find it. I think this is a Life-Defining moment because it wasn't until after this camp that I realized I had the skills and the knowledge to be an English Teacher.
