You Get What You Give From day one in my Mozambican town I was continually offered food.In the beginning it was when I was sitting outside with friends and neighbors during mealtimes that they would offer me a bowl of cooked greens, freshly grilled corn, or just-picked peanuts. But within a few months my neighbors were coming to my door with plates of food to offer me. After washing up one week I noticed the size of this stack of dishes I had to return. It was one week's worth of dishes in which meals had been delivered to me. With so little, my friends still found a way to give me so much.
