Particiapants working together to identify and solve health-related prolems in their community I took this photo during a community health worker training on January 18th, 2012, in Togo. This was the second day of a three-day workshop to train community health workers in family planning and reproductive health with a focus on gender equality. This photo shows one group of participants working on identifying a community health-related problem and factors that could contribute to this problem. They are using a 'problem-tree' model, which allows them to then establish methods to address the factors that contribute to the identified health-related problem.
